Correct placement environment and installation method of laser marking machine

Installation Environment:

1. Since the laser marking machine is a precision instrument, please avoid installing the following places and environments;

2. The storage temperature exceeds the range of 0°C to +50°C (no icing and condensation);

3. Storage environment with humidity exceeding 10% to 90% relative humidity range (no condensation and condensation);

4. Places with sudden temperature changes, condensation, direct sunlight, dusty places (particular attention should be paid to it, because it is easy to cause a decline in output);

5. Places with impact or severe vibration, near walls with poor ventilation, unstable and inclined places, places where static electricity, magnetism, noise, etc. may occur, near water, oil, steam, chemicals, corrosive Places where gas, combustible gas, iron powder, dust, etc. occur, and may be contaminated by foreign objects such as metal or wood chips. Will have varying degrees of impact on the equipment, and even some may have safety hazards.

Installation setting: temperature and humidity are in accordance with the specifications, the temperature is 15°C-28°C, and the humidity is 20%~80%. Since the output of the laser changes with temperature, it must be used at the same temperature. The environment (such as 23° C±2°C);

installation method:

1. Please install the equipment in a stable or unaffected place;

2. Appropriate ventilation space is needed around the laser head unit and the controller unit.

3. The yellow optical fiber cable contains very thin laser light transmission fiber, because it is easy to break and affect the laser performance, please do not bend it or reduce it to the minimum R (radius 150 mm) or less.

4. When using IDL-20T for exhaust air, do not block the exhaust port and provide enough space around the equipment to properly discharge the heat generated by the equipment;

5. If dust is generated during laser marking, external ventilation devices should be provided to prevent dust from accumulating around the device.
