Common fault repair

The hook is not closed

1. Measure whether the beam is parallel and diagonal. Under normal circumstances, the left and right deviation is not more than 2MM, and the square diagonal error of 500MM is not more than 0.5MM: Adjust the parallelism of the beam and longitudinal beam to reduce the error

2. Check whether the tightness of the trolley belt and the crossbeam belt is appropriate, and whether the tension of the belts on both sides are the same: adjust the tightness of the belt, and the two sides should not be too different

3. In the power-on state, push and pull the trolley and crossbeam by hand, and gently move the trolley head up and down to see if there is a mechanical gap. If there is: tighten the motor or the synchronous wheel of the drive shaft, and replace the slider

Sweeping or misalignment

1. Any graphics, too fast will cause dislocation: reduce the working speed

2. Enlarge the original graphics in the output software to check whether the graphics themselves are misaligned: correct the errors in the original graphics

3. Try to make another sample to see if there is only a problem with a certain graphic, if the graphic does not: the graphic data is wrong, and the rendering is re-created

4. Check whether the timing belt is too loose and whether the belt tension on both sides of the beam is the same: adjust the tightness of the timing belt

5. Is there a gap between the motor and the synchronous wheel of the drive shaft: tighten the synchronous wheel

6. Check whether the beam is parallel, whether the beam support and the carriage slider are worn out: adjust the parallelism of the beam, replace the support or the slider

7. Motherboard or drive failure: replace the motherboard or drive

1. Too fast: reduce the speed

2. If you use BMP bitmap format to output, check the graphics resolution: on the premise that the graphics size is correct, try to increase the resolution as much as possible

3. Whether the timing belt between the trolley and the crossbeam is too loose or too tight: adjust the tension of the timing belt

4. Check the X-direction tensioning wheel, whether there is a gap due to wear: replace the tensioning wheel

5. In the stopped state, check whether there is any gap in the head of the trolley or the slider: replace the slider or tighten the head of the trolley

6. Check whether the four laser lenses are damaged or loose, especially whether the reflector and focusing lens above the head of the car are firmly installed: tighten the loose lens, or replace the broken lens

7. Check whether the beam support and the support wheel are worn out: replace the support or the support wheel

The cleaning effect is not good, the hook line is very thick

1. Check whether the focal length is correct, especially after cleaning the lens or changing a new lens (note that the focusing lens is directional here): adjust the correct focal length

2. Check whether the four lenses are damaged or dirty (damaged or dirty lenses will cause the laser to scatter): Replace or clean the lenses

3. Check the quality of the laser tube's light spot. If there are two spots or the spot is not round, hollow, etc., it is the support point of the laser tube, whether the direction is appropriate, the laser tube itself: adjust the support, the direction of rotation, and replace the laser tube

No laser when working

1. First check whether the laser tube itself emits light (test at the light outlet). The laser tube emits light: check whether the lens is damaged and whether the light path is offset.

2. There is no light at the laser tube light outlet, check whether the water circulation is normal, (see whether the water flow in the water pipe is smooth), if there is no water flow or the water flow is not smooth: clean the water pump, straighten out the water pipe

3. The water circulation is normal, the laser power indicator light is on, whether the power fan is rotating, if not, the laser power supply is broken, replace the laser power supply

4. Press the laser power button to fire, if there is no light: one of the laser power supply or laser tube is faulty

5. If there is light on the spot: the water protector is broken, replace it

6. If the water protection signal line is short-circuited and there is still no light: the main board or wiring board is faulty, replace it

Sweeping becomes shallow

1. Check the working light intensity and speed, water temperature, such as the speed is too fast, the light intensity is too small, the water temperature is too high: increase the light intensity, reduce the speed, replace the circulating water,

2. See if the edge depth is normal, such as normal,: increase the graphics resolution or scanning accuracy

3. The edge of the hook is still very shallow, or sometimes deep and sometimes shallow,: Whether the lens is dirty or damaged, and whether the optical path is offset

4. Connect the ammeter to see if the current can reach 20MA, but the depth is still not enough: the laser tube is aging, replace the laser tube

Sometimes there is light in the machine, sometimes there is no light

1. Check whether the lens is too dirty or damaged, whether the optical path is severely shifted, clean or replace the lens, and adjust the optical path

2. The optical path of the lens is normal, check whether the water circulation is normal, if the water is intermittent: clean or replace the water pump, dredge the water pipe

3. The water circulation is normal, it may be a water protection failure: replace the water protection

4. If the problem persists, the motherboard, laser power supply, and laser tube may all cause this phenomenon: alternately replace the above accessories and find the cause

Wrong size after graphics output

1. Check if the plotter unit is 1016 when outputting in PLT format in Coreldraw: change the plotter unit to 1016

2. See if the resolution is correct: recalculate the resolution

Machine reset is abnormal

1. The direction is correct when resetting, but when it reaches the apex, the car and the beam cannot stop (the new machine first check the motherboard parameters, if it is correct): Check whether it is stuck during the movement, the motherboard, sensor failure, replace the motherboard, sensor

2. The beam is reset normally, and the laser head does not move. It may be that the tension wheel is stuck or the motor shaft is broken. The parameter is wrong: replace the tension wheel or the small motor, modify the parameters, and check the connector of the motor cable

3. The direction of movement of the beam is opposite, and it hits the side end: the motherboard parameters are wrong, stop to correct the motherboard parameters and download the configuration again

4. Drive or motor failure: replace the drive or motor

The machine stops engraving in the middle, misses engraving, and engraves randomly

1. Check the grounding condition of the machine, and measure whether the ground wire meets the standard (the resistance to ground should not be greater than 5 ohms): Modify the ground wire to meet the relevant standards

2. Check whether there are errors in the original graphics, such as the graphics are crossed, not closed, missing strokes, etc.: correct the errors in the graphics

3. If there is no such problem when doing other graphics, only a certain graphic has such a problem: graphics data processing error, redo the renderings

4. The problem still exists: it may be a computer serial port, engraving machine motherboard problem
