Continuous light on boot

1. First check whether the laser mode is correct in the motherboard parameters: the laser mode is "analog signal" or "dual-head laser control"

2. The wiring board or the button panel is broken: replace the wiring board or the button panel

3. Laser power supply failure: replace the laser power supply

4. Motherboard failure: replace the motherboard

High-pressure ignition during work

1. First determine the location of the high-voltage ignition, such as the high-voltage connection of the laser tube and the laser power supply, and see if the connector is placed correctly or the underside of the high-voltage support is wet: clamp the connector on the insulating support or use a blower to dry the damp part

2. Check whether the high-voltage connector is firmly connected and whether there is a virtual connection: the phenomenon of virtual welding ensures that the solder joint has no virtual connection and the connection is firm

3. If the fire is inside the laser power supply: replace the laser power supply

4. The high-voltage end of the laser tube ignites or the laser still ignites after replacing the laser power supply: replace the laser tube

Sweeping is uneven or sometimes deep and sometimes shallow

1. Check the lens and light path: clean the lens and adjust the light path

2. Check the graphic resolution and scanning accuracy: increase the graphic resolution and scanning accuracy

3. The laser tube is aging or there is a problem with the laser power supply: replace the laser tube or laser power supply

There is a wave phenomenon in the straight line of the hook

1. The reflector or focusing lens is loose: fix the car head or replace the slider

2. There is a problem with the mechanical part or software: overhaul the mechanical or graphic part

1. If used in the rubber plate industry, the offset plate has impurities, and this phenomenon is easy to occur. There should be no effect: no need to deal with, it is recommended that customers choose high-quality offset plate

2. Check the white air jet tube of the laser head to see if there is strong air flow. Because of the long air tube path, it is easy to be discounted, blocked or frayed: clean or replace the white air jet tube

3. Check whether the air pump itself is faulty, such as the air pump output is small or not working: replace the air pump

The circulating water heats up quickly

1. The laser working light intensity is too large: under the premise of ensuring the cutting depth, try to reduce the light intensity

2. Continuous uninterrupted working time is too long: customers are required to stop for half an hour every 3 hours

3. Check whether the reflux of the cooling water outlet pipe is normal, whether the water flow is smooth, and whether the latex tube in the machine is discounted: straighten out the water pipe to make the water flow smooth

4. Check whether the water pump or inlet and outlet pipes are too dirty, whether the water protection is blocked or not: Clean the water pump and water pipes, and replace the water protection

5. Check whether the water output and water pressure of the submersible pump are normal, if the water output is very small: replace the water pump or chiller

Cold water machine alarm Laser cutting machine

1. First, ensure that the user's power supply system is normal, and the low voltage may cause the chiller to alarm: to ensure that the voltage is normal, a voltage stabilizer must be used

2. See if the amount of water in the chiller is enough, if the amount of water is too little, an alarm will be issued: fill up with pure water

3. Whether the water pipe is blocked or discounted, whether the water protection is blocked, will cause an alarm: clean or straighten the water pipe and water protection

4. Whether the water temperature is too high or the water temperature exceeds the limit value, it will cause an alarm,: change the water frequently, or shut down for half an hour and then turn on the engraving

5. Check whether the water pump in the chiller is normal, there is no water or the water flow is very small,: replace the chiller

No display and no button action at boot

1. Restart to see if the crossbeam and trolley are reset normally, the panel always shows that the power is on and resetting: Check whether the connector of the control panel or the motor line is loose.

2. The power-on reset is normal, press the direction keys and function keys on the machine panel to see if it is normal, if the keys are all normal: the LCD display block is broken, replace it

3. There is no display on the boot panel, and the laser head does not work: check whether the board has a DC 24V input

4. If the display is normal after the control panel is replaced, the buttons still have no action, and there is no action when the device is moved back and forth through the data line, and the board is broken: replace the board

Unstable or uncontrolled current

1. There is a problem with the motherboard or wiring board: replace the motherboard or wiring board

2. There is a problem with the laser power supply: replace the laser power supply

Turn on the laser head or beam jitter phenomenon

1. Check the motherboard parameters first: download the configuration again

2. After shutting down, move the laser head and beam by hand, if the resistance is obvious, check the tension wheel and slider on the left: clean the guide rail, slider, and replace the tension wheel

3. Check whether the timing belt and the bald blowpipe or red light are stuck, whether the beam is severely deviated: adjust the beam and belt, and straighten the blowpipe and red light

4. Check whether the motor and driver are faulty,: replace the motor or driver

5. For models equipped with resistance row, measure whether the resistance value is normal, if there is any problem: replace the resistance row

6. If the problem still exists, the motherboard may be faulty: replace the motherboard

The computer failed to download the processing data, or displayed that the communication failed or the machine did not move

1. Whether the power-on reset is normal or not, if it is not normal: follow the steps above to deal with the fault step by step

2. Reset to normal, press the test key to self-check, if the self-check cannot be completed,: check whether the software engraving or cutting bar is selected as "output"

3. The self-check can be completed to check whether the grounding is reliable: handle the grounding properly to meet the relevant requirements,

4. Check whether the main board data interface is open welding: return to the factory for repair if open welding

5. Download to the board through the U disk to perform processing: unable to process, the board is broken

6. Computer USB failure: replace the USB port or replace the computer
